I receive a very large amount of requests for help each day, so I ask you to be very patient. I filter through the messages in the order in which they are received.

All requests are screened and vetted, and to assist in that process, here is what I need from you:

1. Your name
2. Your location
3. A quick explanation of your need.

If you are needing assistance for a hotel room, please note that you must send a screenshot of a government issued photo ID, the hotel name, address, and the phone number.

Please note that we are not assisting with utility bills at this time. We will open up that window to assist sometime mid-January. Assistance will be provided on a case by case basis, giving priority to senior citizens, veterans, and to some households with children who have disabilities that require electricity for medical supplies and equipment. Keep in mind that all request for utilities will be directed, first to the Department of Social Services in each individual county.

Again I ask you to be patient.

It should be known that the moment you start threatening me, cussing me out or trying to bully/intimidate me that you will get absolutely NO help from me.
